LOW LEVEL FUNCTIONS

Exercise of ear and brain – Recent scientific trials have shown that not only damage to the peripheral ear are a frequent cause for hearing loss but also the breakdown of low level functions. These basic functions are essential for human hearing but sensitive: the low level functions begin to decrease at the age of 20. This is a natural process affecting everyone. Yet, in contrast to hearing loss of the ear, this process is reversible: These functions can be reactivated by regular targeted exercise.
