As soon as you have concluded your controlled intensive exercise, we recommend a conservation exercise to prevent another natural breakdown of the central hearing performance from low demand and to actively support the conservation of the good rates. The conservation exercise takes much less time than the rehabilitation exercise. A quarter of an hour per week may be enough to retain the good rates in the long term.

Of course you may advance another step: The AudioTrainer 3000 provides additional functions, such as exercising with interfering sound. Test the rates that you achieve under difficult conditions! Buzz or hissing in different volumes can put your central hearing capacity to the test.

You would like to continue the accompanied exercise? Arrange with your hearing coach who can easily offer further sessions and develop advanced exercise conditions. These extended exercises can be compared against the previous sessions.

You may also exercise your perceptual selectivity. Please, ask your specialist for details.
